Qualifications
Master's Degree preferred, Bachelor's Degree required in the field of human services, education, behavioral science, or healthcare.
Basic Job Duties
  • Be responsible for personnel management, including recruitment, interview, recommendations, regular staff meetings, supervisions and evaluations, and corrective action when needed.
  • Work with member school districts to ensure successful transitions from Early Intervention.
  • Provide leadership in developing comprehensive program plans regarding program needs, goals, daily office operations, and the evaluation process.
  • Provide effective leadership and supervision to the ongoing program, respond promptly to requests for assistance, and provide in-service to staff as needed.
  • Monitor the permanent Early Intervention (EI) case records.
  • Assist in the preparation of program budget and administration of funds according to established federal, state, and local policies.
  • Assist in child find and public awareness activities.
  • Implement professional responsibilities by adhering to established regulations, policies, procedures, and laws.
Salary
Negotiable, based on credentials and experience
Contract Length
205 days
